PLAIN AND SIMPLE

I’m sure most of us will agree , we never stop learning, it took me a long time to understand why I needed to warm up/stretch and warm down/stretch before and after exercise, of course when you are young and agile it is hard to understand “why”… What really happens to our body when we exercise ? and more importantly what are the key factors to losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and body Shape?

I hope in the course of my blog I will help you to understand the mechanics of how and why we exercise in certain ways and get to know our own bodies so that we know when something is too much, like a fine wine, a good body takes time.

My aim here is to guide those who have never participated in exercise , fitness or healthy eating before and to motivate and give incentive to those who got bored of doing the same old regime.
