Where do we begin? We are all so different in our needs depending on the lifestyle we choose, and chances are we have no idea what our body requires unless we are thirsty or feel hungry.

A wise person once told me you should only eat after the second set of hunger pangs I.e your belly growls for food, unfortunately I didn’t heed the advice till now .

As a Vegan my requirements today are much different than those in the lates 70’s, 80’s & 90’s leading up to the pinnacle of my sporting career. However, today I feel I need not just a well balanced diet but something that gives me energy, vitality and help with motivation. admittedly, it doesn’t all come from food but, a well balanced diet helps us have clarity so we can think straighter and in today’s Covid climate helps us to maintain a healthy body weight thus helping to keep our mental health stable too.
