I’ve decided to share some of the best help I’ve received over the years on personal Fitness & Nutrition from some fantastic educators, Personal trainers, Coaches ,  Biomechanic Podiatrist (foot specialist), Massage therapists & Nutritionists . Specifically , now in my 60’s it’s hard to keep the weight down and maintain a level of strength & flexibility and overall feeling of well being. To this end I aim to help folks who may never have exercised in the past but are feeling their every year over the age of fifty and to get fit again myself, love to hear from all those interested in joining me.
